This agreement is a legal contract between you and 1CNY VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, extract source code from, or create derivative versions of the App or its associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or pricing and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system security and affect app operation.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service failure caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signal, or third-party network issues. Mobile carriers may charge data fees when the App is used outside Wi-Fi. Roaming fees incurred outside your country of origin are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to a depleted device battery is not covered by compensation. Although we try to provide accurate route information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the App service within reasonable limits.
